An up and coming education institution that is fast making a name for itself in Melbourne, Yorke Institute provides Certificate and Diploma courses in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management. The Institute currently employs about 10 staff with over 100 students enrolled. The Institute was established through the sheer hard work, grit and passionate commitment of two individuals who believe that the international standard of Australia’s culinary excellence and diversity is simple - quality training and passion!

Yorke Institute also provides workplace training for students reaching the end of their tenure as a chef in training.

Due to the increased popularity of the nationally accredited course and Yorke Institute’s professional approach to quality training, we are currently applying to increase the number of students locally and internationally to almost double the current capacity.
