Mr Anamalay has more than a decade of Australian corporate experience in the power transmission & distribution industry in Australia. Commencing with the Hydro Electric Corporation ( HEC ) in Tasmania in 1996, Mr Anamalay worked as a power systems development engineer specialising in load flow analysis, fault studies and substation design for local as well as World Bank funded projects in South East Asia. Then, upon joining Alstom Network Services in Sept. 1999, Mr Anamalay was primarily involved in high level project management, tendering and estimating for local and national projects totalling over $ 10M AUD. Upon commencing with Worley Parsons, Mr Anamalay was involved in detailed High Voltage substation design and also load flow studies. Mr Anamalay has also worked for Connell Wagner PPI Brisbane, as a project leader responsible for the overall detailed design and management of multi million dollar ENERGEX substation design contracts. Also having worked as Principal Electrical Engineer with Gutteridge Haskins & Davey, or GHD, Australia’s largest private engineering consulting firm based in Melbourne from June 2006 to March 2008. The most recent position held was as the Power Group Manager for Victoria at Norman Disney & Young (NDY). This executive management role involved the expansion and development of NDY’s HV power group sector nationally. The position involved a senior design and management supervisory role for the entire High Voltage and electrical services team at NDY which consisted of a team of over 20 professionals. Currently managing and assisting graduate engineers, project engineers and senior engineers in delivering design projects to valued clients locally and interstate.

Mr Anamalay is currently a registered professional engineer of Queensland and a member of Engineers Australia.

Mr Anamalay’s inspiration to establish Yorke Institute Pty Ltd as a recognised quality training provider in VET courses stems from his own personal ambition and passion to promote education and the pursuit of knowledge to anyone who is keen to embark on the lifelong journey of self development and learning.

Ms Jenarthan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tasmania. Upon completion of her Articles of Clerkship with a multi- national law firm in Melbourne, she was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and Federal Court of Australia. She has been further admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Malaysia.

Always an ambitious, motivated and goal orientated individual, her focus was to build on her entreprenueal skills.

Based on this principal, she began her journey on building a solid foundation for her legal career by working with top tier law firms in Australia.

At Gadens Lawyers, she built her own clientele of multinational corporate clients to private clients and advised on a range of complex immigration matters such as Tribunal and Ministerial appeals, corporate sponsorships and visa applications.

Ms Jenarthan later joined Phillips Fox, one of the largest international law firms as a building and construction solicitor.

After more than a decade being involved in legal practice as solicitor, Ms Jenarthan embarked on a personal journey to establish Yorke Institute Pty Ltd trading as Yorke Institute. Her vision was to build Yorke Institute to deliver quality education and training at a reasonable cost with an edge.
